Experienced Car Mechanic Needed
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and repairing foreign vehicles, including but not limited to European and Asian vehicles. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from routine maintenance to complex engine and electrical diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of foreign vehicle makes and models.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using your expertise and diagnostic equipment.
Conduct full vehicle overhauls, including engine and transmission work.
Address brake and suspension system repairs.
Read and interpret diagnostic test results to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle conditions and proposed repairs.
Complete all work orders and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with a strong focus on foreign vehicles (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen).
Must own a professional-grade diagnostic scan tool capable of servicing a wide range of foreign vehicles (e.g., Autel, Snap-on, Launch, etc.).
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
ASE certification is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
