Experienced maintenance person (5+ years) wanted for Miami Beach apartment buildings.

Pay: $25+ per hour paid cash daily. Not full time. "As needed" but we have a LOT of work.
Must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- English required!
- Plumbing and Electrical required!
- Basic tools, and transportation required!
- Light Carpentry (Cabinet install etc.)
- Drywall (Hanging/mudding)
