Forever Construction Group is an established licensed general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial builds, remodels, and additions. We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager / Estimator to take charge of day-to-day operations and help grow our GC division.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects (residential and commercial).
Read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids and estimates.
Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality work across all trades.
Handle permitting, scheduling, and job-site management.
Build relationships with suppliers, trades, and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or general contracting.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Strong network of reliable subcontractors in multiple trades.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position — ideal for an experienced GC professional looking to grow with a company.
10–15% of net profit per completed project, depending on project scope and involvement.
Option to increase percentage on self-generated jobs or consistent performance.
No base salary initially, but potential for a permanent role with salary as the division grows.
