Air Contracting & Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a professional, self-motivated, and dynamic HVAC Technician to join our office team in the role of Regional Account Manager. This position entails overseeing a team of eight technicians operating in the field. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Creating Technician Schedules
o Updating Work Order Information in the System
o Providing Support to Technicians in the Field
o Contacting and Following Up with Customers and Vendors
o Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, including an on-call weekend each month
Qualifications:
o Some computer skills.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Bilingual English and Spanish.
o Positive Can-do attitude.
o Ability to work as a team.
o Strong oral and written communication skills
