Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to provide high-quality service and repairs on a variety of systems. As part of our team, you will be working with both residential and commercial HVAC systems, including water source heat pumps, split systems, and package units.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair HVAC systems, including water source heat pumps, split systems, and package units.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with HVAC systems.
Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.
Ensure all services are completed efficiently and according to industry standards.
Communicate with customers regarding system issues, solutions, and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of services performed and time spent.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and local codes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
Proficient in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Clean and valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills.
