Established Miami Property Management Company seeking a full-time HVAC Technician for a portfolio of 40 multifamily apartment buildings located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, multi-skilled, self-starter who is looking to grow!
Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
Responsibilities
-The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
-You will also diagnose and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service
-Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps
-Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend solutions
-Follow all company policies and safety procedures
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and customer interactions
-Communicate effectively with customers, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance
