This position is for you if you can:
Install and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems
Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly
Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls
Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication duties
Change filters and replace any parts as they wear out
Handle conduit running for HVAC equipment
Respond to emergency situations to resolve issues on an immediate basis
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on HVAC systems
Fabricate parts in case parts are not readily available
Determine need for upgrading HVAC systems and take measures to take necessary actions
Lift and carry heavy objects over 50lbs
Must have tools to complete jobs.
Must have 5 years experience and communicate in English.
Must have the ability to work with tablet-based service ticket software system.
Must be organized, work safely and efficiently, and present themselves professionally at all times.
Must be able to work overtime as needed and be part of a scheduled on-call rotation.
Must have verifiable references, clean drivers license, be able to pass a drug test, and must not have been terminated from your last job. Applicants with a job history showing frequent employment changes will not be considered.
