We are a 24/7 operation, our maintenance department operates 7 days a week.
Responsiblities:
Perform General Maintenance, repairs, installations in regards to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other handy man tasks.
Assist with indoor and outdoor tasks, including, painting, and minor construction.
Our staff takes great pride in the result of their work, we expect the highest standards in regards to the quality of work and the final result.
Requirments:
Has a functioning mobile cell phone in order to be more efficient
Valid Drivers license
Current Work Authorization documents
Communciation skills
Must have your own set of tools.
Ability to work alone and with a team
Has an eye for improvement needs
