Our company is looking to hire a full time maintenance tech for our growing business. Duties include: basic plumbing repair (mostly irrigation and toilet repair) A/C filter replacement, floor waxing, light bulb replacement and very basic electrical, painting, basic landscaping (mulch and plant installation as needed) and other general maintenance projects.
Must have a clean DL, basic tools, transportation and decent English skills. automotive repair experience is a huge plus but not required. Our main location is in Coral Springs but the job does require traveling between stores when maintenance issues arise, most of our locations are less than 20 minutes apart. pay rate is $25-$30 depending on experience level.
