The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance & upkeep of the following:
o Lobbies, common areas, and amenities
o Interior & exterior of 2 building, roads and parking lots
o Landscaping, roofs and mechanical equipment
o Trash Disposal
Reports to GM daily and enforces the Association Rules & Regulations and daily procedures.
8-5 Monday - Friday plus on call for emergencies.
Must speak be bilingual Eng/Spanish
