We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician for our small boutique beach resort in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This full-time position (9 AM to 5 PM) requires a hands-on professional who can handle a variety of tasks, including:
Property cleanup and garbage disposal
Room maintenance and repairs (TVs, light plumbing, light electrical, etc.)
Elevator and air conditioning system repairs
Proficiency with computers and internet troubleshooting
The ideal candidate will also be on-call and available during off-hours to handle emergencies.
