What You’ll Do
Field leadership
Direct & motivate paint crews across Palm Beach/Broward job sites.
Walk homes daily, enforce scope, color/product spec, and builder cycle times.
Pre-punch each unit; deliver <2 % warranty callbacks.
Scheduling & coordination
Own BuildPro schedule; sequence waterproofing, prime, finish, caulk, warranty.
Prevent trade stacking—coordinate with drywall, stucco, and flooring supers.
Quality & safety
Inspect film build, millage, adhesion and document (photos).
Enforce builder guidelines, fall protection, respirator, uniform compliance.
Cost & reporting
Approve tickets, verify quantities and manhours, control extras.
Weekly progress reporting to Ops Manager; flag variances early.
Must-Haves
5+ yrs supervising large scale painting or large-scale repaint (>50 units).
Fluent in blueprint/spec reading; familiar with Sherwin-Williams product lines.
Valid FL driver’s license & clean MVR; willing to travel within Broward & Palm Beach Counties.
Tech-savvy: smartphone apps, email, basic Excel; BuildPro a plus.
Strong English; conversational Spanish highly preferred.

Experience with large scale residential and commercial builder production cycles.
