Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a 20-unit apartment building.
- Handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Diagnose and repair split-unit air conditioning systems.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven maintenance experience in residential properties.
- Knowledge of painting and general repair work.
- Experience with split-unit AC repair and replacement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
