We are looking to add individual paver installers to our payroll and paver subcontractor crews to our Team. Your success is our success, and we can't wait to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of pavers, including concrete brick, travertine, porcelain and more
following established guidelines and specifications.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Collaborate with the project team to determine appropriate paver layouts and designs.
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise paver installation.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for paver installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to guarantee a secure work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and
promptly. Exceed our customer’s expectations!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paver Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various paver materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks, like lifting at least 60 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Able to travel if needed within the state of Florida.
-English is required.
-Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires the ability to work a diverse range of hours, including occasional Saturdays, and even in challenging weather conditions.
Subcontract installer crews are required to provide proof of General Liability & Auto Insurance and Worker's Comp (if required)
