Protocol Pest Control is growing and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll drive our company truck, service scheduled stops, and generate new business through sales. You’ll work independently, follow a daily route, and take the truck home each day. Paid training is provided. Job Responsibilities
-Drive company truck to complete daily pest control service routes
-Perform pest inspections, treatments, and follow-ups
-Sell new pest control services
-Communicate clearly with customers and maintain service notes/records
-Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
-Maintain truck and equipment in clean, working order
-Ability to work 35 – 45 per week
-Ability to work rotating weekends
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Able to pass a background check
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied outdoor environments
-Must read/write/speak English
