Requirements:
No prior experience required – we will provide all necessary training
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check
Must be able to speak English fluently
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
Responsibilities:
Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and determine effective solutions
Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively (training provided)
Maintain company-provided equipment and vehicle
Communicate with customers to explain services and provide advice for preventing pest issues
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Mathematical skills needed to calculate mixing percentages, volume, linear and square feet
Time management and organizational skills
Flexible in job duties and able to multi-task in the field
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff,
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Ability to operate power tools such as Drills and others
Ability to work inside Attics and Crawl spaces
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, Hours are 8am-6pm - day end time varies daily depending on workload.
1-2 Saturdays per month are required
