Job Overview
We are seeking 2 dedicated and skilled Roofers/Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high passed environment.
Drug and alcohol free workplace. Must have a license and clean driving record. Backround and drug test before hire.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including tile laying and asphalt shingles.
Perform heavy lifting and assist with the movement of materials on job sites.
Use power tools and equipment safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
Weld and fabricate materials as needed for roofing projects.
Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight.
Assist in concrete forming for roof structures when necessary.
Repair/ Ensure all work orders are completed to municipality standard.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Experience
2-4 years of roofing experience necessary
sheetrock and general construction
Must have reliable transportation
Strong physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
