Responsibilities:
- Travel independently to job sites with a work ticket and complete repairs in accordance with the defined scope of work.
- Apply effective repair techniques.
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly managed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years roofing experience (commercial or residential).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and follow work orders, plans, and instructions.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Must be organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
