We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Roof Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial type roof repairs and roof maintenance. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high level of quality service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to assess roof conditions and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform repairs on various Commercial type roof systems, including TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen and Gravel roof systems.
Identify and troubleshoot roofing and waterproofing issues, such as leaks, water damage, and structural building issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Roof Repair Technician
In-depth knowledge of various commercial type roofing systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
Must be able to operate a “Tablet” or “Smart Phone” to access and use the FCS roofing software platform to manage daily work orders.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check for working in Government buildings.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our office daily
