Looking for a senior HVAC Technician ready to form a new business w two partners. Person should be able to have their existing clients, some of them, move to the new firm to form a nucleus of business, be able to network and drum up new business (partners will help this), hire and manage junior technicians, manage the schedule and work flow, and partners will handle the business end of accounting, HR, tax collection/disbursement, regulations, insurance etc all in a partnering spirit.
Person should be fully licensed as appropriate and ideally already with truck, tools and equipment.
Partners are in Palm Beach County so contemplate this is the logical spot though open to Broward and Martin and see growth coming from Martin. Commercial or Residential.
