Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled tradesmen with the following skillset:
- Carpentry
- Masonry
- Tiling Experience
- Sheetrock application and installation
- All Round skillset in construction
As a member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing specialized tasks on various projects. You will work closely with our project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled tasks according to your trade, including installation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure that all work meets or exceeds code requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in your trade/trades, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Relevant certifications, licenses, or apprenticeships.
- In-depth knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and techniques related to your trade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
