Survey Crew Chief
Established land surveying company in Western Palm Beach is looking for an experienced survey crew chief. The candidate must be reliable and proficient in field data processing and mapping and perform all aspects of survey work. Have the ability to work independently. Duties include Boundary/Topographic surveys, Building Construction layout, As-Builts and Roadway layout. Experience with GPS, and Trimble Total Stations, Carlson GPS knowledge a plus.
Duties and responsibilities:
Working knowledge of windows to save and transfer files.
Field Layout from Control provided by Owner.
Ability to read plans and recognize changed conditions.
Maintain project schedule, Equipment and Truck.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Pay rate $48,000 –$56,000 based on experience and qualifications.
M-F Hours: 8-5 with 1 hour lunch
