Job Responsibilities:
Operate oxy-acetylene or plasma cutting torches to cut and process metal materials.
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and measurements for precise cutting.
Inspect and sort materials to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and clean cutting equipment regularly.
Follow all workplace safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Assist with material handling and organization at our recycling facility.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in metal cutting, fabrication, or recycling preferred.
Proficiency with oxy-fuel and plasma cutting tools.
Ability to read blueprints and operate measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in an outdoor environment.
