We are a fast-growing transportation company in Medley, FL with a fleet of over 350 trucks, all 2023 and newer — no old equipment. We're currently hiring a Bilingual Diesel Mechanic (English/Spanish) to take on a leadership role as Shop Manager.
This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and strong potential for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the diesel shop
Supervise and coordinate a team of diesel mechanics
Maintain accurate parts inventory and manage orders
Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Ensure shop safety, efficiency, and productivity
Requirements:
Experience in diesel shop management or similar supervisory role
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of diesel equipment and fleet maintenance procedures
Valid driver’s license
CDL Class A is not required, but preferred
