NOW HIRING: NIGHT & WEEKEND DISPATCHER – TOWING INDUSTRY
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our team for the Nights and Weekends shift.
Previous dispatching experience is REQUIRED, preferably in the towing industry.
Requirements:
️ Previous experience as a dispatcher (required)
️ Bilingual (English & Spanish)
️ Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach addresses
️ Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and dispatch calls efficiently to tow truck drivers
️ Must work in-person (this is NOT a remote position)
️ Serious inquiries ONLY with verifiable experience
Essential Responsibilities:
Handle and prioritize a high volume of incoming calls
Collect all necessary information from clients to ensure drivers reach the call location without issues
Forward calls to the appropriate driver based on location and availability
Monitor the real-time location of all trucks
Assist drivers in choosing the fastest and safest routes
Provide support to drivers during calls if needed
Other dispatch-related tasks as required
