Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Lead Driver/Lot Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of vehicles inside a rental car lot at West Palm Beach airport.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train and mentor new drivers, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a lead driver or supervisor in a transportation or logistics environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Schedules:
- Monday thru Friday from 2pm - 10:30pm.
- Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 10:30pm.
