Borges Logistics is looking for a pro seasoned OTR trucking dispatcher to add to our team. We are constantly looking to grow and make upgrades to our team so we have decided to add a new dispatcher with tremendous negotiating, coordination, communications and planning skills. Needs to provide a decent resume with actual experience because I will personally call one by one to verify employment history.
Requirements :
- Speak English & Spanish fluently
- Reefer Experience is a must
- Minimum 2 Years of active of experience as a dispatcher by legit resume
Needs to be able to move at least 10-15 trucks
- Broker Agents day to day contact - If you do not have any contacts at big brokers and work with them daily booking big volume of loads tis is not the job for you.
- Needs to be able to work full business hours 8-5 at our Medley office. Saturdays work from 8-12 if you were not able to cover all your trucks by Friday 5pm.
Pay :
$1000-$1500 salary ( based on experience )
Comission : 2% of all sales above $200,000 monthly. Example ( If you sell $260,000 in a month, 2% of those extra $60,000 are yours.
Dedicated Freight pay : if you bring or create dedicated lanes once working here you take home 2% of the gross.
Monthly Bonus :
Dispatcher with best Rate Per Mile - $250
Dispatcher with highest gross sales - $250
Dispatcher with most individual loads booked with a gross amount of $4,000 - $250

Operations ssistant assigned to you for the following :
-Load Updates
-Day to Day broker updates
-Problem solving of all load incidents including truck/trailer breakdowns.
-Appointment scheduling
