We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Valet Manager to lead valet operations at a residential condominium building. In this part-time position, you’ll supervise a team of valet attendants and ensure smooth, professional service for residents and their guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily valet operations and staff
Ensure prompt, safe, and courteous vehicle handling
Train new valet attendants on building policies and service standards
Create and manage shift schedules
Maintain activity logs and incident reports
Resolve resident concerns in a professional and timely manner
Keep the valet area clean, safe, and organized
Enforce property parking policies
Communicate regularly with property management
Qualifications:
Experience in valet, parking, or hospitality services (management experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, walk, or run for long periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
