Assistant Graphic/production Designer
We are a leading provider swag merchandising, specializing embroidery, screenprint, DTG, DTG, Cut & Sew, Sublimation and premiums. With cutting-edge technology and a commitment to quality, we serve a diverse clientele. We are currently looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Prepress Graphic Designer.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication with clients. You will play a key role in coordinating pre-production processes, supporting customer needs, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee asset hand-offs and file management to ensure seamless project flow.
Create and review artwork against purchase orders and specifications for accuracy in dimensions, color, and image resolution.
Proof final artwork according to company standards for customer approval.
Monitor approval timelines, proactively follow up with clients, and handle necessary revisions.
Prepare files for production upon final approval, collaborating closely with the production team.
Coordinate with internal teams, including production and finishing, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to ensure successful outcomes.
Continuously enhance quality control processes and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage frequently with clients and sales rep.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking skills.
