Successful and stable company is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist. This person will perform work for multiple companies all owned by one individual. The responsibilities will include: Accounts payable, invoice processing, general ledger entries, generating financial reports, bookkeeping and credit card reconciliation. Experience with Quickbooks is strongly preferred. Excellent communications skills, discrete, ability to work with confidential matters and ability to work collaboratively with others in the accounting department.
This position is located in Bonita Springs. This is an in-office full-time position. This person will report to the Company's Chief Accountant. The company offers a nice work environment, a competitive salary, benefits and a 401K.
