Restaurant looking for Full Time Bookkeeper - Accountant.
Duties include all aspects of accounting, but not be limited to:
A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and cash reporting using QuickBooks , Sales tax reporting, and daily deposits.
General office duties such as receiving and entering incoming deposits, opening mail, scanning, filing, etc.
Required: Resume that can document following skills/abilities;
Minimum two years QuickBooks
Should possess:
excellent phone, customer service, organizational, and written/electronic communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
Accuracy in work, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Take on special projects as assigned.
A background check and credit check will be performed. References are required.
Full Time position starting Early January.
