The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to maintaining organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety for the company.
Responsibilities
Manage front office activities
Handle office supplies and vendor relations
Responsible for onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and employee relations
Maintain filing systems, physical and digital
Ensure office compliance with health and safety standards
Run biweekly payroll
Enter, maintain and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office software
Familiarity with basic HR and accounting functions
Fully proficient in QuickBooks
