We’re looking for someone to help us with a variety of tasks, from onboarding new customers to managing daily operations. We manage websites content and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition
- Create and manage websites for our clients (no code knowledge required)
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
- Submit invoices and follow up on payments
- Manage email communications and respond promptly
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of website creation (or a willingness to learn)
- Customer service experience is a big plus
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a positive attitude
