Auto Parts Store Associate
Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Parts Store Associate to join our growing team. We are a locally owned and operated Trailer parts store dedicated to providing high-quality parts and exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking shelves.
Answer customer questions and provide technical assistance when possible.
Perform basic computer tasks, including looking up parts and processing orders.
Keep the store clean and organized.
Learn and utilize the stores inventory systems.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Previous experience in an auto parts store or related field is preferred, but not required.
Basic automotive knowledge and a willingness to learn.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and1 time management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
High school diploma or equivalent.
