Customer Service Representative
Growing south Fort Myers dealership is seeking an entry level customer service representative. Experience preferred but not needed as we will train the successful candidate. Responsibilities include the following:
Customer Communication – Greet customers, inquire as to their service needs and note what repairs and services are needed. If work is to be competed in house, schedule pick up with customer. Once technician has assessed the job, contact customer and review needed repairs and provide estimated costs to complete. Upon completion of in house repairs, contact customers and provide final invoice details and schedule redelivery.
Writing Work Orders – Based on customers needs, enter information into system and create work order.
Scheduling Repairs – Assist in managing the in house technician work flow and scheduling the road technicians daily stops.
