Customer service/Key holder

Responsibilities:

Operational:

Work on day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, invoicing clothes, positioning clothes among others

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the store.

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Train and coach staff on delivering exceptional customer service.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

Team :

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all dry cleaning and laundry services meet quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest level of quality and cleanliness in the store.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Phone etiquette.

Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturdays from 7am to 11pm.

Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry processes is a plus.
