Dealership Website Inventory Customer Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
Answering Customer Inquiries:
Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle availability, pricing, features, and specifications via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in navigating the dealership's website and understanding online inventory tools.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on vehicle availability, pricing, and special offers.
Ensure the accuracy of vehicle information on the dealership's website, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and update the website accordingly.
Assist with the online posting of new vehicle arrivals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.
Customer Service Skills: A strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
Product Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership inventory systems is highly beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and dealership inventory management systems. CRM Transax experience a plus
Multitasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis or as needed
