Part-time positions available: Naples-based gardening team is seeking a hard-working reliable individual with an attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills with an interest in Plant Art. Knowledge in plant maintenance and pest/disease identification is not required but encouraged. Must have a valid driver’s license with no accidents in last 3 years, able to pass a background check, be able to lift at least 50lbs, have experience operating simple outdoor power and hand tools. The ideal candidate MUST enjoy working outside in SWFL weather. Strong fluency in English is required. Work assignments, time tracking & customer notes are all logged using software on a mobile device. Ability to work independently and as a team is a must.
Responsibilities include designing, installing and maintaining high-end potted plant décor, in-ground gardens, espalier walls, and outdoor living spaces. Perform routine garden maintenance, including watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest management, ensuring the health and beauty of all plants/ landscapes in the account. Although our focus is on the care of the plant installations and landscaping, we extend a high level of care to keeping the lanais & gardens maintained through add-on services. Other responsibilities include using a GPS mobile device to manage tasks, communicate with staff and document your work remotely.
Hands on Training, tools & work van provided.
