We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team at a high-rise luxury condominium. The concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors—so strong customer service skills and a polished, professional presence are a must.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting residents and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Monitoring building access, security cameras, and visitor logs
Handling package deliveries and contractor/vendor check-ins
Answering phones and assisting residents with inquiries and amenity bookings
Keeping the lobby and front desk area organized and welcoming
Requirements:
Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk/concierge experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills (email, logging deliveries, property software a plus)
Compensation: $25 per hour
Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Working Days: Sunday through Thursday and every other Saturday from 7am to 3pm
Days Off: Friday's and Saturdays
