Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual, preferably with HVAC experience, to join our team as a Service and Support Desk Representative. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance for our control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone inquiries about HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC and control-related issues. (We will train)
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC service or support is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
