Mr. Wet Jet is a locally owned jet ski rental company based out of Bayview Boat Park, offering fun, safe, and unforgettable experiences on the water. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guests enjoy a smooth ride — both on and off the water.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests, verify waivers, and manage rental agreements
Coordinate jet ski setup, fueling, and post-ride inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area
Schedule and supervise part-time dockhands (as needed)
Manage payments and track daily sales reports
Ensure all equipment and safety gear meet state and company standards
Communicate with ownership regarding scheduling, maintenance, and performance updates
Qualifications:
Prior experience in boating, rentals, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Comfortable around watercraft and customer interaction
Basic mechanical or boating knowledge a plus
Must have valid drivers license. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a boating safety certification
Schedule & Pay:
Seasonal position, with potential for year-round involvement
Flexible hours (mostly weekdays, holidays optional)
