Responsibilities:
Learn about our products and services
Research and order products as needed. Maintain detailed status report on special order items
Work directly with technicians and management to keep them organized and well informed
Utilize software to process requisitions, estimates, purchase orders and work orders
Manage time and meet time sensitive deadlines
Work independently or within a team on daily tasks and projects
Participate in weekly management planning meetings
Receive phone calls and take detailed notes
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Web-based dispatch program experience a plus
Proficiency with computers and MS Office software
Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, electronic forms and email)
Project a professional image in all customer interactions
Ability to take direction and follow through to find a resolution
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate organizational skills
Perform other duties as required
