Overnight/3rd Shift Guest Services Agent - Full Time- DiamondHead Beach Resort
Shift is from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
This position is responsible for friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and the ability to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Responsible for all front desk duties during the night shift including (but are not limited to) making reservations, registering guests, processing cash/credit card transactions, and end of day reporting. Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, possess high levels of attention to detail, and maintain high standards of guest service at all times. May perform Concierge/Bell Person and Night Audit duties as necessary. Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop/bend, squat, sit, reach with arms, have finger dexterity to use PC keyboard, and ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis. Flexible schedule is required including days, evenings, holidays and weekends as needed. Must be able to speak, read and write in English; Bilingual a plus.
