We are a faith-based pest control & pressure washing company serving homes here in SWFL. The owners, Hank & Briana, started their company in 2020 to help support and fund missionaries sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ overseas in some of the hardest places on the planet. God has had his hand on this company and the team from the start! We have 7 awesome technicians and are looking to hire 2 more! We are motivated to work hard and honor God with the customers he sends our way because we know that not only do we work hard to provide for our own families BUT we also help keep missionaries carrying the hope of Christ! We try to run a 2 person team in our trucks. A lead tech and an assistant tech. Our goal is to work 8-9 hours a day (mon-fri) and some Saturdays. There is almost always an opportunity for overtime.
Requirements:
- at least 18 years old
- Clean Driving Record
- Can pass background check & random drug testing
We take care of all the training in-house. No experience is required. This is work is 80% customer service skills We can teach you the rest.
We use 20-30 foot long poles to brush down spider webs from pool cages & homes. We also spray pest control products to keep bugs at bay. We also have a pressure washing division.
After 3 year working under our Pest Control License you'll be able to get your own Pest License! This is a career opportunity that will change your life! It takes 3-6 months for a technician to be fully trained. If you do not think you'll be able to work longer than the 6 months then do not apply. Also, we are not looking for part time.
This is a growing team! There will be plenty of growth opportunities as we continue to grow!
Lead Technician Pay: $45,000 - $55,000.
Assistant Technician Pay: $35,000 - $45,000
