Responsible for overall maintenance and physical appearance of the interior/exterior of the facility and grounds.
Perform routine maintenance, including minor building repairs, painting and alterations.
Maintain facility equipment and utilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Forklift and compressed air.
Keep facility free of hazards.
Maintain security alarm and fire protection systems.
Support production machine technicians and work with contractors as needed.
Oversee facility sanitation services.
Obtain and negotiate quotes related to facility and equipment maintenance.
Oversee forklift training and certification.
Order facility supplies as needed.
QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Experience working in a cGMP environment.
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
Communication skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
