We are now looking for an experienced Bartender/server, season is approaching and Redbones tiki bar is looking for additional staff. Depending on the candidate, this position can lead to full time and all year round. Here at Redbones we do not pool tips, you keep yours. Bartenders here are also servers and have to be comfortable working bar and/or tables, and no issues being on your feet fast paced. We look for stong capabilities in a Bartenders experience. Ability to gauge and control your bar. Ability to multi task, Most of all reliability and consistency is key.
Must have experience in local style bars.
Must be reliable, able to follow rules, regulations and laws.
This is an outside covered tiki bar, must be comfortable with the weather changes in Florida.
