As a Sales Associate, you'll dive into all things front-of-house, from delighting customers to keeping our inventory stocked and our displays looking irresistible.
Key Responsibilities:
✅️Multi-task person, ice cream maker, barista, line cook (you will be training).
✅️Warmly greet guests.
✅️Serving/scooping our delicious gelato and making espresso-based drinks.
✅️Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting, assisting, and ensuring satisfaction.
✅️Maintain presentation standards.
Keep the retail area clean and well-maintained, including inventory restocking.
✅️Handle cash transactions accurately and promote upselling.
Required Qualifications:
✅️Must be at least 18 years old.
✅️Spanish and English intermediate
✅️Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
✅️Proficiency in basic math and operating POS register to complete customer transactions.
✅️Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
