We are looking for a part-time server to work this season. Sunday availability is a must.
Duties:
Responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and service, writing orders (or using an IPad to place orders) effectively and quickly into the Point of Sale System
Explain the specials of the day and answer any questions regarding the menu
Place any special request or cooking instructions on chit and make sure kitchen is aware of any needs.
Serves meals to the correct members utilizing seat numbers
Clears the table by course and replenishes drinks as needed
Follows up with guest to ensure satisfaction
Offers dessert and cordial beverages
Ensures that chits are presented correctly and in a timely manner to members and guests.
Keep dining room and workstation areas clean
Responsible for assigned opening and closing job duties as well as completion of daily tasks assigned including the set-up and breakdown of all rooms necessary for service
When scheduled and visible to the members and guests, employees must be neat and have well-kept appearance (uniforms must be worn correctly).
