This position will assist the Director of Golf with all golf shop activities and outside services operations. Ensuring the golf shop, cart barn areas, golf carts are maintained per company standards. Making sure our golf members and guests receive outstanding customer service, which meets or exceeds their expectations. Schedule tee times and handle customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with operating policies and procedures with a pleasant and professional telephone manner at all times.
The Pro Shop staff would handle cash flow in the golf shop, ensuring that cash and credit card charges balance with sales receipts in accordance with operating procedures. Bringing out golf carts to handle the days play, and cleaning them and putting away in cart barn.
