Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the culinary industry.

Duties

- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and recipe development

- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness

- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency

- Collaborate with management to create innovative dishes and seasonal menus

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special dining experiences

Requirements

- Extensive experience in restaurant management and culinary arts

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control

- Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or banquet settings is a plus

Culinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
